Matriark is a parent company operating multiple brands under one collective. This Shipping Policy applies to all current and future brands owned and operated by Matriark, including but not limited to:

  • House of Matriark Coffee Co.

  • Maternally Melanated

  • Any additional Matriark-owned brands launched in the future

 

By placing an order on any Matriark-owned website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Order processing times vary by brand and product type.

General Processing Guidelines
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Processing times may be longer during:

    • Product launches

    • Seasonal or limited-edition releases

    • Holidays

    • Pre-order or subscription fulfillment periods

 

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping methods and delivery times depend on the brand and fulfillment partner.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: If offered, delivery times will be shown at checkout

 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Fulfillment Partners & Dropshipping

Many Matriark products are fulfilled through third-party manufacturers, roasters, or logistics partners, including dropshipping providers.

 

Because of this:

  • Products may ship directly from our partners

  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments

  • Packaging may vary by brand and fulfillment partner

 

Matriark is not responsible for delays caused by fulfillment partners, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Brand-Specific Shipping Notes

House of Matriark Coffee Co.

  • Coffee and tea products are roasted and shipped by third-party partners

  • Shipping times may vary based on roast schedule and order volume

  • Custom labels are applied, but inserts or additional materials may not be included


Maternally Melanated

  • Subscription boxes and curated products may have scheduled shipping windows

  • Pre-orders and subscription shipments will ship according to the timeline disclosed at checkout or via email

5. Pre-Orders & Subscriptions

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items ship on or after the estimated ship date listed on the product page

  • All dates are estimates and subject to change

  • Customers will receive updates if timelines shift

 

Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders ship on a recurring schedule as described at sign-up

  • Changes to subscription shipping schedules will be communicated via email

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated

  • Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only to qualifying orders and may be limited by brand or product type

7. Tracking Information

  • Tracking information is provided when available

  • Some fulfillment partners may experience delays in tracking updates

  • Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking details to appear

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered:

  • Matriark is not responsible for stolen packages

  • We recommend shipping to a secure location


If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact us at support@matriarkco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • We will assist in filing a claim or contacting the carrier when applicable

9. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


Matriark is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays or losses due to address errors

 

Reshipments may require an additional fee.

10. International Shipping

At this time:

  • International shipping availability varies by brand

  • If offered, applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility

 

International delivery timelines are estimates and may vary significantly.

11. Shipping Policy Updates

This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in operations, fulfillment partners, or brand offerings.

 

The most current version will always be available on the Matriark website.
